EFFICACY EVALUATION
By measuring the water loss rate of moisturizing skincare products, the moisturizing effect of ZQ-II Moisturizing Toner is tested. The result shows that the test samples produced a moisturizing rate of 97.18%, 95.11%, 92.05%, and 89.71% for 2h, 4h, 6h, and 8h, respectively, under the environment of 25.0±2°C and 50±10% RH, which was higher than that of the 5% glycerol solution in the positive control samples. In conclusion, ZQ-II Moisturizing Toner plays a better skin care effect in moisturizing.
