EFFICACY EVALUATION
Research shows that androgens induce sebaceous glands to secrete excessive oil through 5a-reductase (5a-R). By inhibiting 5a-R activity, DHT can be reduced, thereby alleviating oil secretion. The enzyme inhibition rate method in the “Cosmetic Oil Control Efficacy Verification and Testing Rules” was used to detect the 5a-R inhibition rate of ZQ-II TP Cleansing Foam. The results showed that the 5a-R inhibition rate of the sample was 87.53%, which was significantly lower than the negative control group, indicating that the ZQ-II TP Cleansing Foam had significant oil control effect.
